Intelligent Integrated Power Capacitor

● Intelligent Measurement & Control System                                                                        The current and voltage acquisition is developed based on a 32-bit embedded MCU with a Corex-M4 core, enabling fast real-time sampling to achieve high-precision measurement, calculation, and harmonic analysis of grid parameters including three-phase current, voltage, active power, reactive power, and apparent power.                                   ● Human-Machine Interaction System

   Equipped with a segment-code LCD screen and Chinese interface, it real-time displays current capacitor temperature, current/voltage, and harmonic parameters. Parameters such as overvoltage, undervoltage, undercurrent, overtemperature, over/under compensation can be queried, set, and stored via buttons, with data retention during power outages.

● Intelligent Networking System

With an RS485 communication interface and built-in MODBUS-RTU protocol, remote monitoring is enabled. When multiple units are networked, a host is automatically generated, with others as slaves to form a reactive power automatic control system. Faulty slave units exit automatically without affecting others, and a new host is auto-generated when the host fails, ensuring high intelligence.

● Intelligent Switching System

True zero-crossing switching without thyristor auxiliary circuits. The system uses CPU-processed zero-crossing signals for switching, achieving zero-crossing switching, inrush-free operation, arc-free switching, and fast response—enhancing equipment reliability and service life.

● Power Capacitor

Matched with high-performance power capacitors featuring good heat dissipation, small size, and long life, ensuring the safety and reliability of the entire unit.
