Located in Gulou District of Fuzhou, CR Vientiane City covers Fuzhou University, the municipal government, Xichansi Temple, Wanbao business district and a cluster of high-class residential neighbourhoods and offices within a 1.5-kilometre radius.

With a total investment of RMB 7 billion, the project covers a total area of 90,000 square metres with a total construction area of about 700,000 square metres. According to the plan, it covers shopping mall, SOHO, office building, flat, Run Street and other types of business. The project is developed in three phases, the first phase includes a 3-storey detached commercial centre, 5 SOHO buildings and 30 street shops; the second phase is a 130,000-square-meter high-end shopping mall office building, 2 SOHO buildings and a small number of shops; and the third phase includes office buildings and SOHO.
